First we need to find out what you want and what you need in a home or real estate. By talking to us we will create a campaign in which you will recieve homes through email on a daily basis.

Some things to think about before our first meeting. Write a list of your dream home features, don't hold back you might be surprised what we can find in your price range. Write down how many bedrooms, bathrooms and other features in your St.Pete home you want like Pool, 2 Car Garage, Fence, Waterfront view etc.

Next come up with a price range, figure out what you would be comfortable with for a monthly mortgage payment. We will then get you in touch with a mortgage broker if you don't have one and they will pre approve you.
